Yoga teacher, wellness guide, and founder of Yogakalpa Today, I teach students across the world, lead retreats and trainings, and help people find balance through yoga, breath, and meditation.
But before all the certifications and classes, I was simply a young girl exploring breath and movement—seeking something deeper, something real.
“I was an engineer in Bengaluru — chasing deadlines, grades, and expectations. I didn’t set out to become a yoga teacher. But when yoga found me, it felt like coming home.”
At first, it was just a way to feel better. But over time, it became my way of life.
I hold a Master’s in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA University and have trained across traditional and modern styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Aerial Yoga, and Sound Meditation. My journey has taken me from classrooms to healing spaces, from personal struggles to public platforms—but always with one intention: to live and teach from the heart.
As a National Level Gold Medalist in Yoga Asanas, my foundation is rooted in discipline. But more than form, what I truly love sharing is inner awareness—how your body holds wisdom, how breath can heal, how stillness can shift everything.
Through Yogakalpa, I now guide individuals and organisations across the world. From 1:1 therapy sessions and immersive teacher trainings, to sound journeys, retreats, and corporate wellness spaces—we offer soulful, science-backed practices that meet you where you are.
